Position Summary
Provide accounting services to several businesses across different industries. Most clients use Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online. This is permanent, part-time positions in Menomonee Falls. Hours will be split between the office and working from home. For your home office a computer and monitors will be furnished along with monthly reimbursement for utility costs.
Activities include:
Feeding and categorizing bank and credit card transactions
Reconciling bank, credit card accounts
Tracking fixed asset additions and entering depreciation
Processing payroll
Filing sales tax returns
Completing workers compensation audits
Gathering W9s and Preparing 1099s
Helping your clients understand their business's finances
Requirements:
Associates Degree in Accounting
Three years of relevant accounting experience
Working knowledge of: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Contacts, Calendar and File mngt
Fluent in English
Drivers License
Advanced Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Payroll Relief from Accountant’s World and/or Gusto Payroll
Filing payroll quarterly and annual reports
QuickBooks Certification
Experience using software:
LastPass
Zoho Books
Drake tax software for 1040 preparation
Xero
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage to be commensurate with experience, but not less than $20 per hour.
