Join Lab Services as a bioinformatics expert, collaborating with teams and clients.To perform this job successfully, you'll be responsible for:Leading targeted genotyping assay designs, identifying and implementing design improvements as requiredCommunicating with internal teams, including lab personnel, and external clients to understand project requirements, analysis needs, and potential challenges, effectively describing analysis results or issuesIndependently generating troubleshooting analyses and pipelines as requiredAnalyzing genotyping and other sequencing data; providing regular results and reportingParticipating in quality assurance procedures and project executionDeveloping, completing, and reviewing strategies to enhance data analyses and pipelines for efficiency and qualityCollaborating with the Bioinformatics team to develop and maintain shared analysis pipelines and processesPartnering with internal teams and external clients to coordinate the execution of pilot projects regarding new technologiesGuiding or supporting junior personnel within areas of business fieldStaying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networksSupporting business and customer needs by performing other duties as assigned
