The ERP Data Administrator manages and maintains master data in the company’s ERP system. This role ensures data integrity and supports various collaborators.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential functions:Coordinate and maintain ERP system databases in accordance with company standards and policiesUnder direction from functional leadership, complete data management policies and procedures to optimize system performanceQuery and understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions where requiredPerform regular data audits and coordinate operational processes that ensure system data meets company standards of accuracy, consistency, security, and qualityMaintain documentation for data structures, processes, and proceduresGenerate reports and data visualizations to support decision-making processesTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely mannerAssist in ERP system upgrades, migrations, and integration projectsOffer training and support to end-users regarding data management standard methodologiesSupport implementation of improvements as directedAdhere to company Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policyPerform other duties as required, or assigned by management, to meet business needs
