Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Interested and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a fixed or rotating shift
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer knowledge
