Job Title: Quality Control TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform product tests and measures in accordance with product specifications. Perform necessary actions/adjustments/changes to appropriately correct non-conforming issues identified. Monitor production activities in accordance with established GMPs. Perform approval of product specifications and line start-ups. Identify and provide test documentation for product line start-ups. Perform assigned audits/inspections in a timely manner. Summarize and create quality data for customer shipments (COA – Certificate of Analysis). Initiate and record product holds. Perform final product release for shipments. Assemble and file production test retains and records.Hard Skills
1+ years of quality inspection in a regulated environment or similar packaging environment
Experience in Flexible Packaging, Food, Chemical, or Pharma quality
Ability to document results in paper form and electronic form using Word, Excel, etc.
Proficiency in using proprietary systems like WinSPC

They will also work in the quality and office areas but will spend roughly 95% of the time on the production floor.
