Job Title: End User Support TechnicianJob Description:In this role, you will:
Provide first and second level IT support for a variety of technologies and services (including desktops/laptops, email, phones, printers, tablets etc.) This can be done remotely, via email or in-person. Experience with “white glove support” is preferred.
Maintain office infrastructure, wireless network, phones, and conference rooms as part of your support activities.
Offer general software and electronic mail support (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook network printing, Windows.)
Escalate incidents and/or requests to the appropriate resources to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Integrate software/hardware updates and fixes into the environment using risk-averse procedures and a well-planned fallback strategy.
Develop and maintain technical documentation as needed. Identify office procedures that could be improved through the use of office systems.
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of system assets.
Respond to problems and issues escalated from the Service Desk.
Participate in department and business level projects as needed to ensure timely execution of technology initiatives and strategies.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform other duties as requested and/or assigned within area of expertise.
