Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring all machined parts meet the required specifications, and performing daily maintenance duties. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.Responsibilities
Read and complete machine set-up sheets.
Set up machines for production.
Assist with quality control plan details.
Follow the 1st piece inspection procedure.
Acquire parts to be machined.
Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for production requirements.
Machine parts to required specifications.
Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
Move parts to designated areas.
Replace worn tooling as needed.
Remove and return tooling when the job is complete.
Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.
Work within OSHA and ISO standards.
Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.
Essential Skills
Experience operating CNC machines.
Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read blueprints and job orders.
Knowledge of tooling and machining methods.
Understanding of OSHA and ISO standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of CNC experience.
2+ years of experience at each previous company.
Experience with machine setup is preferred but not required.
