Our client, a major government manufacturer in Northern Wisconsin, is currently looking to add to their IT Team with a Level 2 Help Desk associate. This position is responsible for the server infrastructure that resides on the corporate network including all remote sites and end-users.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an escalation point for level 2 service desk requests Manage Microsoft updates for the server and desktop environment.
  • Perform patch management on all end-user devices.
  • Install and maintain server equipment to ensure maximum availability and utilization.
  • Monitoring of infrastructure systems on and off-hours with the ability to respond to server outages in a timely manner.
  • Participate in a 24x7/after hours, on-call duty rotation.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Information Technology or related area of study
  • 2+ years working in the Information Technology Field.
  • Prior experience utilizing and managing collaboration tools. (Sharepoint, MS Exchange, MS Teams)
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Server operating systems.
  • Prior experience working with and managing a Microsoft Active Directory Environment.
