Role Description
This is a full-time Maintenance Technician position at Recreational Concepts Inc. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks, as well as opening and closing pools, helping replace liners, troubleshooting equipment issues, field service visits, and providing excellent customer service. While the role is based in Oregon, WI, you will be repairing pool and spas at customer homes.
Qualifications
Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
Field Service and Customer Service skills
Experience in maintenance tasks (Needs basic knowledge but will train for position)
Ability to work independently & collaboratively, on time and 5 days a week. Overtime when needed during pool opening and closing.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers License
High school diploma or equivalent
