ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee two properties in Madison and Verona, WI, totaling 127 units. The properties are about 10 minutes apart and are both new buildings. This Maintenance Technician will serve in an on-call rotation every other week. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general maintenance and exceptional customer service skills.
