We are hiring a Hardscape Foreman to join our hardscape division. We do all things hardscape including: paver patios/sidewalks, concrete patios, grading, retaining walls, drain tile/erosion issues, firepits, flagstone paths, rock culverts, etc.
We first and foremost focus on quality, secondly efficiency. If you take extreme pride in your work, you may be a good fit with us! The position will require you to review the scope of work with the owner, then run and manage the project including excavating, picking up materials, install, cleanup of jobsite each day, unloading and loading equipment daily at shop, progress photos, etc. The position will also require daily communication with owner about daily progress and any issues.
5 + years hardscape experience required.
Valid and insurable WI drivers license required.
Pass a background check.
Proficiency in operating equipment necessary for excavating and doing hardscape work (truck/trailer, skidsteer, etc).
Strong attention to detail, especially with cuts and laying pavers.
Reliable, showing up every day and on time.
Lifting 50+ pounds.
Working outdoors according to weather.
