Bauer Builders, Inc. is a Madison-based General Contractor seeking candidates for the year-round position of equipment operator. The applicant should have a general knowledge of operating various types of construction equipment safely and appropriately. Experience in the use of a skid steer, excavator, bulldozer, mini-excavator, and other construction-related machinery used to perform grading, finishing, sloping, back-filling, demolition is preferred. The ideal candidate should also be capable of performing general maintenance and safety checks of equipment. The position offers 40 hours/week, health insurance benefits and paid vacation.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
