We are a General Contracting company located in Madison, Wisconsin that specializes in Commercial Construction. We provide professional, quality craftsmanship for businesses, in the Madison area for Commercial Build Outs and Interior Tenant Finishes.
We are looking for a multi-skilled, and dedicated experienced individual(s) with an above entry level to upper mid-level experience, in Commercial Construction. Senior-level experience is a plus. Pay is based on level of experience.
TYPE OF WORK:
Commercial construction build-outs and interior tenant finishes
Local work within an hour radius of the Madison area
Flexible Hours – 20 to 40 hrs per week - Monday through Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reading blueprints and construction documents.
Installing all types of Commercial finish trim as well as baseboard, casing, crown molding, chair rail etc.
Framing with metal and wood studs.
Installing acoustical ceiling tile and grid.
Installing all millwork, casework, cabinets and laminate countertops.
Installing all Commercial doors (wood & metal) and frames (hollow metal & timely knockdown).
Installing all types of Commercial finish hardware associated with Commercial doors, etc.
Installing Commercial bathroom partitions, hardware etc.
Installing shelf, counter, and tv brackets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Commercial carpentry experience
All tools necessary to do job
Reliable transportation, VALID driver's license and proof of insured vehicle
A smart phone with internet access
Positive attitude

Able to handle shifting priorities
Strong communication skills
Stress management and composure
Works well individually, as well as part of a team
Attention to detail
Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workman's comp
Must pass background check (no felonies)
