IMMEDIATE NEED: Contract (40 hrs/week) Limited Term Employment position, lasting at least 12 months assisting our Implementation Team. Under general supervision, work closely with our internal and external clients on the implementation of our pharmacy compliance software. This involves the configuration of the application using established guidelines and providing remote training to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Configure applications according to client specifications and based on established guidelines and best practices
Provide remote training to customers on basic application functionality
Data Entry of customer information into proprietary applications
Gather requirements from internal and external clients to appropriately coordinate implementation workload and schedule
Use Salesforce to document progress on projects
Escalate issues or situations that require further assistance to Manager of Implementation and Training, as needed
Maintain deadlines and turnaround time for work as set by Manager of Implementation and Training
Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership team
Minimum requirements: HS Diploma, extremely reliable, proficient with computers & technology. Preferred previous experience working in an office environment, experience with MS Office products, professional phone presence and communication skills, hard worker and takes initiative.
