We are looking for a part-time Service Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at our health spa in downtown Madison, WI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening/closing the spa, answering phone calls, providing accurate information about services offered, policies, and pricing, managing appointments using our booking software (Booker), light cleaning, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
The ideal candidate would have at least one year of customer service experience, have some knowledge of the spa/beauty industry or be willing to learn, be detail-oriented, reliable, and be able to complete the required tasks with little to no supervision.
We are looking to fill 15-20hrs/wk, on average, with the possibility of more hours becoming available for the right candidate. Some weekend availability required. Schedule may vary by month and is put out two weeks prior to the start of the next month.
