We are a leading provider in the Self-Storage space located in Madison, WI, and we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Manager.

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their storage needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee daily facility operations, including maintaining the property, handling administrative tasks, and managing move-ins/move-outs.
Ensure the safety and security of the facility, tenants, and their belongings.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean background check is required.
