Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will manage DJI Agriculture leads and sales, interact with customers over the phone and via email, utilize artificial intelligence to improve sales tactics, and employ CRM software to create and manage unique marketing plans for acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize sales processes for DJI Agriculture products and services.
Engage with customers through phone and email to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Use artificial intelligence tools to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to acquiring new customers.
Maintain and utilize CRM software for efficient lead and customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and customer relations.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to type quickly.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
A clean driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating drones & Part 107 certificate holder.
Background or experience in farming or agriculture.
Experience in call-center operations or cold-call marketing.
