We're provided with leads and resources so there is no cold calling or prospecting required. Since the pandemic we are able to do this 100 percent remotely so there is no longer any travel required. We're able to do everything from the comfort of our home. I'm also looking to develop 1-2 new leaders on my team to help with training and growth of our business. We ranked #1 in the company as an agency last year and my team ranked #1 in our category for the company nationally. We're looking to repeat that.
