Goben Cars in Middleton is looking to hire a sales associate for our team. We have one of the greatest selections of pre-owned vehicles in the Madison area with over 200 plus cars per store. You will have your own personal work space set up for you with necessary supplies and the full support of our management team with a very simple yet effective sales process!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated automotive sales representative to join our team! As a sales representative at Goben Cars, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and sought-after vehicles on the market, and help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and guiding them through the sales process
Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including test drives
Negotiating and closing deals with customers
Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products, financing options, and promotions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Working collaboratively with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work weekends and evenings as required
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Hours: Monday through Thursday 9am-7pm Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 8:15-5pm
You will get Sundays off and a day off during the week!
