I’m a commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily properties, and I’m looking for a motivated, networking-minded individual for a part-time, paid assistant role. The major focus will be building a database of property owners and setting appointments via cold calling.
Responsibilities:
-Research and enter property owner information into a database
-Make calls to property owners to gather information and set appointments
-Track call outcomes and update records accurately
-Assist with other real estate-related administrative tasks as needed
Who’s a Good Fit?
-Someone comfortable making cold calls and speaking with property owners
-A strong communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships
-Organized and detail-oriented with basic computer/database entry skills
-Interest and knowledge in real estate
-Prior phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing experience is a plus

-Hourly pay + bonuses based on performance (rate depends on experience)
