We are looking for a highly-organized, self-motivated part-time administrative assistant who can handle a diverse set of administrative and customer-oriented tasks.
We are an up-scale condominium association located on the north side of Madison. We have a stable, experienced workforce. We are looking for a person to work between 15-20 hours per week. We can offer flexibility of start-finish time to accommodate the right candidate.
The job will include and is not limited to the following:
Handling day-to-day office correspondences
Customer service and addressing customer issues
Photocopying, emailing, mail sorting, and incoming phone calls
Coordinating work orders for maintenance staff
Maintain our web page
Assist in our monthly newsletter 2-4 pages
Coordinate invoicing with our CPA
Communicate with new purchasers, realtors and lenders
Work directly with the General Manager and supervisors to assist in organizing files, work flow and day to day operations.

Strong computer skills in MS Office, Word and Excel. Demonstrate an ability to quickly learn to navigate other programs and systems.
