POSITION:
The Specialist will provide practical expertise focused on resolving day-to-day issues, addressing questions, or making changes for assigned clients. The Specialist is responsible for effectively communicating (verbal and written) and trouble-shooting problems, guiding the client to appropriate resources to promptly, and professionally, address customer inquiries. This requires detailed orientation, organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. These are ongoing interactions with Dedicated Clients/Businesses, we are not a call center.
Minimum Qualifications – Education, Experience, and Knowledge Required:
Requires 3 years of experience in customer support
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Some technical reading/writing skills
Skills and Abilities Required:
Build positive relationships with internal and external customers
Effectivecommunication skills (internal/external – written/verbal/phone)
High level professional and personal ethics, values, and integrity
Self-sufficient and flexible contributorwithin a team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of project management principles

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary$45,000-$52,500 – depending on experience
16 days of PTO starts accruing after 30 days of Employment
1st of the Month Following Thirty days of Employment:
