Job Details:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday shifts with flexible start and end times
Responsibilities:
Assist with production setup
Master the art of making Fortune Favors nuts and their flavorful variations
Maintain a clean workspace and assist with cleanup
Packaging tasks
Embrace other roles as needed
Requirements:
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
Good basic math skills
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Reliable and organized
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for timely follow-ups
Kitchen Duties:
Prepare a variety of nut flavors
Package products into cans and pouches
Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Document daily SOPs and logs
Contribute to process improvements as we grow
Flexibility to handle other assigned duties
