CODAworx is the global marketplace for the public art industry. Since 2012, Our website has

been an online hub for the public art world where anyone can showcase work, hire artists, and

get hired. Designed for use by artists, art commissioners, and industry resources, CODAworx

provides its members with a platform to earn recognition for their design + art projects, connect

with other members of the creative community, and conduct transactions.

We are currently seeking to fill this position of Member Programs and Services Associate, which is a half-time position, with a high-achiever who will work closely with our team and membership. The position coordinates the monthly CODAmagazine and works closely with staff on a variety of member services – all for the purpose of getting more public artworks out into the world!

The ideal candidate loves talking with creative people and enjoys solving problems, developing creative solutions, and collaborating with team members. We will be flexible with hours and schedule for the right person. Reports to the Director of Member Success.

Essential Professional and Personal Qualifications:

- Proactive nature and comfort in initiating contact by email and phone with customers and prospective customers.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience and comfort with using a customer relations management database for

contacts management. (Hubspot CRM database knowledge desired but not necessary.)

- Proactive self-starter who works on own initiative.

- Ability to structure own time, set goals, and carry out projects independently.

- Ability to contribute to a supportive culture (team-work, humor, flexibility, energy).

Other Desirable Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- Experience in an art or design field

- Entrepreneurial attitude!

- Quick with new computer applications

Interested? This is a half-time to three-quarter-time position based in Madison, Wisconsin. Compensation is $25/hour for 20 hours per week. We work hybrid, meeting during the week but primarily working remotely.
