Full paralegal support including but not limited to Calendaring, Paralegal support, help with filling out filings/motions, getting client budget, hardship and POA's signed and an attorney portal to login, keep notes and track everything online. We will also help with settlement negotiations and Creditor Communications like making sure agreements are sent, signed and recorded.
