We are Seeking motivated Independant Drivers for Package Delivery opportunities in Madison and surrounding areas.
Our Mission:
To provide exceptional delivery service to OnTrac customers and shippers through a network of dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Last-Mile Driver Contractors.
What you do:
1) Pick up route at the Madison terminal starting 8:30 AM
2) Deliver small packages under 55lbs in your own vehicle
3) Confirm Delivery in real time on your phone app.
4) Deliveries are 98% residential, no contact
Realistic Expectations:
Variable Work: Daily Volume Growth.
Morning Shifts: Start at 8:30 AM, work until deliveries are complete. Routes time range 5-7 hours
Flat Structure: $2.00 per stop. Delivery stops range from 50-100+ stops
Vehicle Requirements: Must use your own vehicle. Recommended: Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, Large SUV, regular family van, Large hatchback car. No commercial vehicles and No pickups trucks.
Insurance: No insurance requirements
Independent Contractor Status: All drivers are independent 1099 contractors
App-Based routing System: Use OnTrac OnRoute app for loading, routing, and delivery confirmation.
Contractor Expense may include operational expenses and maintenance fees
Invoiced weekly for weekly payment
Driver Bonuses
To qualify for the $500 dollar signing Bonus you must drive 4 days a week for your 1st 30 days
6th and 7th day bonus. Receive an extra $50 per day if you drive a 6th and 7th day in a calendar week.
Make $100-$250 daily or $800-$1100 in a week using your own vehicle
Requirements:
Clean driving record
Pass background check and Motor Vehicle Report
Smartphone with internet for app usage
Ability to lift small packages less then 55 lbs.

Once you complete the driver questionnaire you will receive an invite to Openforce for immediate enrollment
You will receive a call to answer question and begin onboarding to start immediately
Enrollment Documents needed: LLC/EIN, Driver's License, Badge Photo and SS card
