Job Title: General Laborer – Temporary Horse Stall Setup & Take down

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking General Laborer to join and run our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and taking down temporary horse stalls at various events and facilities. You will also help with loading and unloading stalls from semi-trailers, washing and cleaning the stalls with power washers, and assisting in the manufacturing of new stalls. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and enjoy being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and take down temporary horse stalls at events and facilities across the Midwest.
Load and unload horse stalls from semi-trailers, ensuring all equipment is securely transported.
Clean and maintain stalls using power washers to ensure high-quality presentation.
Must be comfortable in driving a truck and trailer, a CDL is not required but would be preferred and compensated accordingly.
Assist in the construction and manufacturing of new stalls as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment on job sites.
Travel to various locations and work extended hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on project requirements.
Assist in inventory management and report any damaged or missing equipment.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and complete projects efficiently.
Must be able to drive and maneuver a fork lift.
Required Qualifications:
Valid drivers license is required and a CDL
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
Must be comfortable with overnight travel throughout the Midwest.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Basic understanding of power tools and cleaning equipment (training provided).
Reliable and punctual, with excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with loading/unloading equipment and/or working with temporary structures.
Familiarity with power washers or construction tools.
Experience with equipment, such as a forklift is preferred
