Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:

Perform receptionist duties, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.

Warmly greet patients, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey.

Coordinate appointments, verify insurance coverage, and efficiently manage patient flow.

Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and ensure accurate billing practices.

Assist the team with administrative tasks, maintain patient records, and ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications:
