Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time Scheduler in our Medical Imaging department. This position is responsible for scheduling Medical Imaging exams and providing patient preparation information to nursing staff and patients. Collaborates with providers, clinicians, and multiple departments to provide patient services timely and accurately. The position is also responsible for obtaining verbal and/or written orders, and accurately entering exam charges. Has strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask.
Previous scheduling experience in Medical Imaging is preferred as well as knowledge of medical terminology. Also prefer similar or related experience in a healthcare setting and with Epic Electronic Health system.
