Requirements: Current valid WI State Nursing License. CPR certification and Adult Ventilator Certification.
Patient: 64 year old female with muscular disorder. Has a tracheostomy, ventilator, urostomy, G-tube and J-tube. Non-verbal but uses communication devices. Patient is pleasant and alert. Uses electric wheelchair, electric Hoyer lift, feeding pump, suction machine and cough assist machine. Needs total care (is able to do small tasks when set up). Patient lives alone in an apartment and is attended by a nurse 24 hours a day. Please reply with resume and questions.
