Brunch/Lunch Line Cook – Italian/ Sicilian Restaurant
We’re looking for a passionate and dependable Line Cook to join our small, tight-knit kitchen team at our independently owned Italian/Sicilian restaurant. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in fresh ingredients, honest flavors, and the rhythm of a busy brunch and lunch service steeped in family and cultural history.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and speed during brunch and lunch service
Set up and maintain a clean, organized line and prep area
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely plating
Uphold kitchen standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory accuracy
Who You Are
Experienced in high-volume or scratch kitchens (Mediterranean or Italian background a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and focused — you show up ready to work and contribute
Able to maintain composure under pressure and communicate clearly with team members
Passionate about food, learning, and growing within an independent restaurant environment

Schedule: Primarily daytime hours (brunch/lunch shifts)
