Requirements:
- Experience cultivating recipes, menus, and designs.
- Comfortable performing administrative tasks as needed
- Experience with staffing and training of staff
- Current knowledge and passion for continued growth of trends in the restaurant industry
- At least 2 years of culinary experience
- Experience in a similar position
- Available to work on call, weekends, holidays.
