We are looking for a production assistant in a unique meat processing facility located in downtown madison. Meat cutting and butchery skills are helpful but not necessary, as we are a highly specialized production facility and will train to our process. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Full time 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, with an occasional half Saturday shift. Potential advancement. Staff lunch provided daily.
