Bakers are trained to safely operate an assortment of industrial equipment, including mixers, portioners, sheeters, slicers, and ovens. They follow recipes using precise amounts of ingredients and strictly monitor ovens to ensure finished goods are baked to the highest standards.
Hours: 30-40 hours/week; Monday-Friday with a 7:00am start time
Wage: Starting at $16.50/hr or higher based on experience and skill.
Experience not required as on the job training is provided.
This position reports to the Production Manager.
