I have a cool and potentially profitable opportunity for someone to work with me on expanding a business I started 4 years ago.
Basic premise is finding great deals online locally (buy low) and selling (sell high).
I primarily deal in high end furniture, antiques, advertising, basically anything I can make a good profit on for as little work as possible. Have specific examples I can show you from the last 4 years where I made $1,000+ for several hours work, most of it online doing very little.
Where this position comes in:
I only have so much capacity to market and grow my business and I need help. I know I am missing deals simply because I dont have enough time. I do a large majority of my marketing when I am sitting at home watching tv or just on my phone in general. Need someone who will post ads on Craigslist, Facebook, Offerup, etc. following my ad template, basically mass postings. Super easy, doesnt take much time and you can do as much or as little as you like. You are not marketing to family or friends or anything like that.
I do this all on my smart phone, no overhead other than data.
Ideally you are motivated to make money, be serious, honest and willing to jump in and work with me. Good with general technology, good communication and has integrity as trust is important. Helps if you have a good eye, can learn fast and are serious. If you like Mid Century Modern (MCM), Antiques, Vintage, Retro, Stereo Gear, cool items it helps. Need someone who thinks outside the box and is motivated to learn. Must be local to WI.
No set hours, you work as you please. More time you choose to put in, more opportunity.
Great for a stay at home mom, 2nd job, gig work, students, etc. as very flexible.
To be clear, I do this as a side hustle, and I am not hiring anyone or doing a 1099. This is an opportunity to each make money working together, more a partnership with good opportunity to grow for both of us. Have ideas to expand business and might be additional opportunities for this person.

I am losing deals as I said. Using my business template and expertise, you find me deals based on posting online, we split the profits. I would fund these 100% and do a large majority of the heavy lifting. These can be very profitable and happen quickly, typically in a couple days to a week from start to finish.
Example:
You post an ad
Good lead materializes
I purchase commodity for $4,000
I sell commodity for $6,500 2 days later
We split the $2,500 (cash). Nothing illegal.
Some deals that I choose to not take on (This is quite a lot), you can take and work as you please and take any profit and I can help with knowledge/pointers/teaching.
