Coordinate all ongoing Westinghouse TI (Tube Integrity) activities, including:
Support EPRI on any TI guidelines and industry issues
Support outages on difficult TI issues and provide guidance to the Lead outage engineers.
Support any RAI from NRC
Ensuring consistency in practices across all TI projects
Manager support for both CDMP and CECO for TI emergent issues and outage needs.
Lead the integration of new resources into TI activities
Establish mentoring and development plans for all TI engineers
Determine the scope and schedule of TI-related projects and provide cost inputs for offers
Occasional travel to customer sites and regulatory bodies may be required.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:BS in Engineering required.
12+ years applicable experience.
Proven engineering leadership as a Technical Leader or Project Manager including:
Management of teams in challenging situations
Frequent interaction with customers
Ability to navigate Westinghouse internal structure and processes
Strong leadership skills in combined with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workThe following characteristics are preferred but not required:
In depth knowledge of the TI process and tools
Extensive experience in one or more of the following fields: TI degradation mechanisms, DA, CMOA and EPRI guidelines on TI.
Significant experience and skill in communicating directly with customers on large and complex projectsWhy Westinghouse?
