Structural Engineer - Coastal/Marine

As a Structural Engineer at Baird, you’ll work on a wide variety of challenging projects including ports, ferry terminals, seawalls, bulkheads, flood protection structures, dams, spillways, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and technical development—playing a key role in the full design and delivery of coastal and waterfront projects.What you will doSupport the development and execution of marine and waterfront structural engineering projects worldwideAssist in project design efforts, preparation of plans & specifications, and construction oversightPerform structural analysis and design using concrete and steel for marine infrastructureContribute to technical reviews, quality control, and project delivery from concept through constructionConduct occasional field visits for inspections and construction supportCollaborate with colleagues across different offices and time zones
