You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.The Technical Project Manager role will be responsible for the following: Job Functions/Responsibilities + Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values, which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. + Mentor other Technical Project Managers and support staff. + Manage and lead the complete project delivery software development lifecycle and change control. + Create, review, approve, and maintain project system documentation. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (project team members, Clinical Operations, vendors) for project delivery. + Ensure that projects are conducted in a timely manner in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate regulations. + Participate in Business Development activities. + Contribute to and lead process improvement initiatives. + Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international. + Other related responsibilities may be assigned as required by the needs of the department. Experience, Skills and Knowledge Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent or equivalent work experience + A minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical IRT/EDC + Software Development + Analytical skills + Leadership skills + Organizational skills + Documentation skills + Communication skills Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
