Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 EST or as business needs dictate / Training upon hire 4 weeks M-F 8:30 AM -5:00 PM ESTWhat Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls, and work streams.

Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives

Demonstrates ability to respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers.

Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.

Responsibilities

Completes Physician interactions (verbal calls outbound, follow up calls, clinical prescribing questions, diagnosis validation, outbound fax resolution, etc.)

Reviews and executes according to departmental SOPs for Medical Documentation

High attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Achieve productivity measures and maintain standardized quality metrics

Identify, support and demonstrate the Company's culture and values to ensure quality service to both internal and external customers

Qualifications

HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred

Basic math skills preferred

Medical and Healthcare experience is a plus and preferred

Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution

Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
