Applying quality control and assurance standards to incoming applications
Entry of application information into a database
Assist in data analysis to aid in planning and to meet program reporting and invoicing requirements
Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, staff schedules and travel plans for team members
Provide general support to the larger team with document editing, data entry, Microsoft application assistance, shipping, and office supply procurement
Assist in the development of presentations and marketing materials
Basic Qualifications
High school degree or relevant with one plus (1+) years of relevant experience within an office environment
Expereince with office management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs to include: Excel, PowerPoint, and word
Proficiency in Adobe and Sharepoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant
