You will be a part of Facilities team and report to the Sr. Manager of Facilities responsible for the overall operation of the facility and ensuring all equipment is maintained to ISO 13485 standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Learn the concepts of Metrology developing practical calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting skills through on-the-job training in performing a variety of routine calibrations, alignments, repairs and maintenance of instrumentation / equipment using appropriate guidelines and specifications.

Perform calibrations a variety of technical machinery and laboratory equipment, including bench top equipment along with pilot scale equipment. All work is done to required specifications by ensuring traceability to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Performs minor installation, inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair duties on manufacturing instrumentation and equipment. Maintain equipment by preforming work in one or more of the following trades, Metrology, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High School Diploma or GED or required.

Minimum of one-year related experience in the installation and maintenance in the field of electrical equipment and/or industrial/manufacturing instrumentation equipment.

Strong computer and email aptitude, including MS-Office applications.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Working in a regulated Laboratory environment.

Equipment calibration.
