Coordinate Material Flow: Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of parts to expedite material flow and meet production schedules, involving collaboration with Planners, Schedulers, Buyers, and other stakeholders.
Supplier Communication: Communicate directly with suppliers while maintaining alignment with Purchasing Buyers and Management.
Data Management: Gather, collect, track, and verify data from multiple sources, using software to compile, review, and analyze data to generate reports and presentations.
Process Improvement: Design processes to enhance workflow and cross-train within different sections.
Compliance and Ethics: Maintain high ethical standards and ensure proper tracking of parts.
