Title: Human Resources (HR) Lead Position Description Chandra Technologies, Inc is one of the fastest growing Professional Services Company. We are adding a new position to help us with our aggressive growth. Our primary focus is to serve the State, City and County Governments. We are looking for HR Lead to work on Full Time basis in a good working environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, pay close attention to details, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, work independently, and multi-task. The candidate will have good interpersonal skills. This position requires the incumbent to maintain consistent and regular attendance. Human Resources Lead will be overseeing all aspects of recruiting, to complete the hiring/opening requisition process, tracking, onboarding new employees/consultants; tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information, responsible for overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process. The fast paced environment requires the use of judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines. o Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with the Clients, Employees and Consultants.o Maintain knowledge and skills related to specific tasks.o Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and multi-task if needed.o Coaching and mentoring junior team members on process and procedureo Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedureso Coordinating interview, and selection and onboarding processeso Coordinate and Run Background Check process as per client requirements and E-Verify complianceo Planning onboarding for new hires and compliance documents not limited to contract, I-9, Everifyo Ensuring HR records are maintainedo Position requires ability to maintain confidentiality and good interpersonal skills when dealing with Clients and Consultants.o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.o Understanding of Recruiting principles. Skills:o Experience working experience in the field of Recruiter / HR Coordinatoro Previous HR/ Recruiting experience in Information Technology Industry is highly preferred not required.o Exceptional computer skills with Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excelo Strong written and oral communication skillso Prior experience working with Consulting Services Recruitment / Employment and Background Check Screening / Working on different client VMS portals (Fieldglass, Dotstaff, Vector VMS) is highly preferredo Flexible and able to help out and Oversee in all areas of recruiting.o Positive attitude and approach, self-motivation and professionalism Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of previous Human Resource or Staffing experience required. Work Hours: 8AM to 5PM/40Hrs per week – Hybrid Schedule and Remote Work / Flexible Schedule options available Benefit Notes: Health & Dental Benefits, 401K, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Paid Training / Education Reimbursement o Salary: Base Salary + Commission based on Consultant Placements (Bonus for all placements done by all the recruiters working under this position) salary $40K-$48K+ DOE
