Coordinates the communication between nursing staff, physicians, other departments, professional staff, patients, and families relating to patient care.Come join our 35 bed Med/Surgical unit, we are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who provides high quality, compassionate care to complex surgical and medical patients. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a health care setting
Keyboard skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Acquires and maintains skills necessary for role
Principles of effective communication
Knowledge of data entry systems
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effective organizational skills
Preferred:
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Must be available the first week of employment for HUC orientations that takes place Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
