This position supports the achievement of corporate financial and growth goals by providing management in all areas of the company with necessary financial information and analysis pertaining to our profitability and key financial measures. Designs, analyzes and maintains financial operational reporting systems to provide this information.Position Compensation Range:$76,000.00 - $125,000.00Pay Rate Type:SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.Primary AccountabilitiesLeads in the planning and development of complex and/or strategic analysis used by business partners and divisional leadership.Represents the division in presentation of analyses to divisional leadership on a regular basis and occasionally to executive leadership.Utilizes advanced modeling techniques to appropriately analyze the financial and growth implications of various solutions.Uses advanced data mining and statistical techniques to find relationships in data to drive decisions.Researches, designs, and develops more complex and comprehensive management reports as requested for all levels of management.Works with divisional leadership to determine and develop appropriate metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.Actively participates as the financial expert and represents Finance on critical cross-functional teams.Specialized Knowledge & Skills RequirementsDemonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or serviceDemonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.Demonstrated experience with complex financial and operational analysis.Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.Extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.Licenses:Not Applicable.Travel RequirementsUp to 5%.Physical RequirementsWork that primarily involves sitting/standing.Working ConditionsNot Applicable.In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Chicago, IL 60601; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Nashville, TN 37214.#LI-HybridOffer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks.Offer to selected candidate is contingent on signing a non-disclosure agreement for proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions.Our policy restricts consideration of applicants needing employment sponsorship (visa) to specialty occupations.
