This position will be assigned to the Oce of IT Coordination within the Division of Employment and Training at the Department of Workforce Development and will be responsible for leading application development and Business Intelligence (BI) projects for the Division as a Business Solutions Manager (part Project Manager, part Business Analyst). The incumbent will be responsible for liasing with State and partner sta, as well as end users, to determine whether system modications are needed as a result of policy changes, user requests and/or other events. This position is expected to facilitate planning meetings and coordinate the development and testing of needed application and BI changes, which requires comprehensive knowledge of program policy development and operations, systems design, user acceptance testing, systems implementation and follow-up. This position is also responsible for requirements gathering, story creation and business process documentation. The systems supported and to be developed by this position have a signicant impact on the day-to-day operations of workforce development programs serving job seekers and employers throughout the state of Wisconsin.
