Description They must have AP and JE preparation experience. Good excel skills. Having worked with inventory before would be good but not necessary. Accounting degree is probably necessary to complete these tasks. AS or BS is considered. Inventory Drug Receipts Download reports and compile into master file. Enter invoice detail. Investigate variances. Vendor/Drug invoices Enter in financial system and log drug/supply invoices on spreadsheet. Email for approval for vendor invoices, once received enter in financial system. Vendor setup Reach out to vendors to obtain ACH form and W9. Reconcile to vendor statements. Post batches Pay Invoices Apply Credits Create batches for EFT, inventory, and check payments. Download and pay online invoices. Manual post when payment clears the bank account. Email for approval and submit payments. Send check file to bank. AP credit cardUpload receipts and codeSubmit report for approval. Create/Log PAP invoices, enter into financial system. Save Manufacturer invoices and enter into financial system. Make sure invoices are entered for month end by end of work day one. End of the month duties (done first of month) Reconcile ABC, Card & MCK statements (these are large drug vendors). Reconcile report with inventory receipts. Prepare and send monthly reports.
