Position Overview:The Account Specialist is responsible for providing high quality customer service by resolving product/service issues, providing product information and processing product orders. The Specialist is responsible for entering, maintaining, and managing an account and/or rep order base. This position involves interdepartmental interaction to provide complete and accurate information to our customers (regional or key), sales team, and management. The Specialist acts as a mentor to Account Representatives whether specifically or as a role model.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiently enters, revises and releases orders for processing. Provides order entry support for other team members when appropriate.
Provides product specification information and product availability to assist customers with order selection and customer requirements.
Proactively assists customers, sales reps, members of the management team, or coworkers with inquiries, requests for information or resolution of complex issues
Provides accurate, effective, and timely communication with all business partners to communicate resolution and/or plan of action.
Acts as support and resource for day-to-day activities within the department.
Analyzes, reviews, and processes requests for return authorizations and credits. Ensures accurate invoicing for all PO’s.
Efficient handling of all customer issues to meet departmental goals. Interacts with external and internal customers related to the final on-time delivery of orders.
Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.
Demonstrates professional phone etiquette with internal and external customers. Logs into the phone queue and supports the department by answering inbound customer calls.
Demonstrates clear, effective, and thorough email communication with internal and external customers. E-mails reflect proper business email etiquette and avoid the use of internal jargon.
Assists management with special projects as needed.
May be assigned a specialty within the department (customer follow-up, training support, triage customer complaints).

Hiring Range :$18.40 USD - $23.00 USD per hourIncentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
