Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise driving instructors and administrative staff.
Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain certification standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for classes and driving sessions.
Maintain records of student progress, financial transactions, and inventory.
Promote the driving school through marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's education instructor certification.
Proven experience in a managerial role within an educational or driving school setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using scheduling and management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field or 5+ years as a driving instructor in Wisconsin.
