We are seeking a Full Time Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team! MUST be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Saturday availability REQUIRED. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. QuickBooks experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Cash handling checking out of customers by data entry into computers
Add and subtract to calculate weight and amounts
Answer 4 line phones and communicate professionally
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Ability to multitask with phones and customers
Ability to add, subtract, and multiply to get weights and measures
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
